To confirm a sleeping room, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card provided by guest attending Event, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 48 hours in advance of arrival date. Rooms cancelled for any reason less than 48 hours in advance will incur an individual cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable tax.
Check-In/Out Time: Currently, the Hotel’s check-in time is 15:00 hours, and check-out time is 12:00 hours (subject to change without notice). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and our approval.
Late Check-out Fee: Late check-out requests are subject to availability and prior approval by the Hotel’s Front Desk. Guests will be charged 50% of the applicable room rate for late check-out up until 18:00 hours. Any checkout later than 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the applicable room rate for an additional night.
Early Departure Fee: If a guest who has requested a room within the Room Block checks out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, the Hotel may add an early departure fee to that guest's individual account (currently, $75.00).
