Guidelines for Showcase Displays
MRO Latin America is a regional event with content and attendees hyper-focused on the issues and challenges specific to the region. The Showcase is designed for you to engage in conversation with prospective and current customers. The objective is to create the optimal networking opportunity. This event is not open to the public. All attendees have full access to both the conference sessions and the Showcase.
Included with your Tabletop:

Each table includes 2 chairs
Includes one (1) electrical outlet
Hotel guests will have free wifi in all meeting rooms

1-2 roll-up type banners are permitted behind your table.
All signage, monitors, literature stands, table skirts, materials must fit on your table.
- You will be provided with a covered table, 2 chairs and a tent card with your company name.
Pop-up displays are not allowed.
Any materials (nails, glue, etc.) that may cause permanent damage to walls and floors are not allowed.
- Hanging signs are not allowed.
Tuesday, January 15 : 3 pm – 6 pm
The conference will take place during the hours below. There are extended meals and breaks built into the agenda designed for showcase networking. All showcase exhibitors are invited to join the conference sessions.
Tuesday, January 15: 6:30 pm-7:30pm
Wednesday, January 16: 9 am – 5 pm
Wednesday, January 16: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Thursday, January 17: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
Tear Down Hours
Thursday, January 18: 2:30 pm – 5 pm
Shipping and Customs
TWI Group is the official Shipping/Customs Agent for this event. If you decide not to use TWI Group and ship yourself, your materials may be held delayed in customs. Aviation Week Events will not take responsibility for delayed or lost exhibition materials.
Please download the appropriate TWI information for your region.
Prior approval required on all shipments prior to shipping. Send your Commercial Invoice no later than 4 weeks in advance of shipping.
